Cheese Circles
INGREDIANS FOR 24 CIRCLES:
2 cups of flour
2 chalices of sour cream (200gr each)
100gr margarine
50gr cheese
3 eggs,5 spoons of cornflower
pepper, salt.
DIRECTIONS:
1.combine the flour with one chalice of sour cream, margarine and salt(by taste).
2.Oil the oven form. From the dough crate 24 balls that you beating to 24 circles and shape them like small bowls
3.Scrach the cheese. put on every "bowl" one teaspoon of scratched cheese.
4.Mix in a cup 3 spoons of cornflower with cream until get a clean mixture then add to it the salt and pepper.
5.Split the eggs the egg-yolk you add to the mixture and the white of egg you whip until you get a whipped cream
The cream you add to the mixture. 6.Add to each circle 2-3 spoons from the mixture.
7.Bake the circles about half an hour on medium heat.
 
Corn Mediterranean Style
INGREDIANS FOR 4 SERVES:
3 tea-spoons extra virgin olive oil
1 small clove garlic, crushed
2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
1 tea-spoon finely chopped fresh thyme or rosemary leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Combine oil and garlic in a medium skillet. Heat over low heat until the garlic just begins to sizzle. Add corn and stir to blend; heat thoroughly. Stir in thyme and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
 
Pancake
INGREDIANS FOR 4 SERVES:
3 eggsl
3 cups of milk
1½ cup of flower
2-3 teaspoon of vanila essense
5 teaspoons of soda powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. Brake the eggs and sterve them in a bowl untill you get a uniformed mixture
2. Add to it the milk and the other ingredians and sterve untill you get no lumps
3. Put apan on the fire oil it and let it heat 10min.
4. Make big thin circles from the mixture on the pen and fry them untill they become gold and then flip them. repeat this action untill the mixture run out.
5. After the pancake is redy put a small pice of butter on each pancake
